➔ Do you ship worldwide?
Yep! We ship worldwide.
➔ How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Usually, we ship all orders from Italy via the most efficent courier services (TNT, GLS, Fed Ex, SDA and DHL) in 7 business days after the order has been placed. Starting from that time it usually takes around:
3-5 Business Days (ITALY)
7-9 Business Days (EUROPE)
9-20 Business Days (EXTRA UE)
*Please, bear these in mind before you contact us regarding your order to allow its time to reach you. This can vary depending on where you live and your countries custom regulations.
➔ Does my order include a Tracking Number?
Yes, all the orders include a tracking number which will be sent to you by e-mail right after the order has been shipped.
➔ How can I cancel my order?
Reach us via email at [email protected] and please include the order number (which is NOT the tracking number) in the message to make it easier for us to find your order.
You can cancel your order with us as long as your order has not left our warehouse. If the order has already been shipped, unfortunately, we won't be able to cancel the order. You can instead ask for a refund and re-send the order back to us.
➔ I received the wrong order
If this is the case, please contact us via email at [email protected] and send us all the details. We'll do our best to find a solution.
➔ Lost Packages
Such events are disappointing to us as we hate to see our fans suffer at something that is out of our hands, equally, we can't afford to lose more money by sending out orders that don’t turn up due to issues on the couriers' behalf.
As much as we hate to hear your package is lost, we love to know when it arrives, so make sure to tag the band on socials to let us know.
➔ Custom Fees
Extra UE orders are regulated by additional Custom Fees depending on the specific country.
ERALISE is not responsible for additional custom charges or fee that may be applied once your package has left our warehouse. Such charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with custom charges and fees, we invite you to speak to your local postal or customs office for more information.
If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund for shipment costs.
